Cleaning Your Loom Bag

Our solid colored bags are made of water and stain resistant nylon both inside and out. Our print bags are made of coated canvas. For either material, we suggest you spot clean your bag with a damp wash cloth soaked in warm soapy water. For larger spills turn your bag inside out and wash on the gentle cycle in your washing machine, using mild soap. Do no place in dryer. Turn bag inside out and air dry. We ONLY advise machine washing your entire bag when spot cleaning is wholly insufficient - repeated machine washings will damage the waterproofing and material of bag.

Returns

In the event you need to exchange or repair one of our products, please contact us directly at 415.383-5309. We will supply you with a Repair/Exchange Form, and if appropriate, arrange for a FedEx ground pick up from you. Please complete the form and send it with the merchandise to Loom for processing.
