Cleaning Your Loom Bag
Our solid colored bags are made of water and stain resistant nylon both inside and out and our canvas
bags are a blend of natural canvas exterior and nylon straps and lining. For all materials, we suggest you
spot clean your bag with a damp wash cloth soaked in warm soapy water. For larger spills turn your bag
inside out and wash on the gentle cycle in your washing machine, using mild soap. Do not place in dryer.
Turn bag inside out and air dry. We ONLY advise machine washing your entire bag when spot cleaning is
wholly insufficient - repeated machine washings will damage the waterproofing and material of bag. We
do not recommend machine washing your POP bins, rather spot clean them as necessary.
Returns
In the event you need to exchange or repair one of our products, please contact us directly at 415 457
4502. We will supply you with a
Return Authorization number which needs to be attached to the package
before it is returned. Returns without a Return Authorization number will
not be accepted.
Warranty
LOOM warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period one (1) year
from the date of original purchase. If a
defect arises and a valid claim is received by LOOM within the warranty
period, at its option, LOOM will repair the product or exchange the
product with a functionally equivalent
new product. LOOM warrants repaired Products and replacement products provided against defects in
materials and
workmanship from the date of the repair or replacement for
ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the warranty period.
