Ordering
There are two ways you can place your order, by or by calling us at 415 457 4502. We are happy
to help you with the selection process.

Minimum Orders
Our opening order is 8 bags and our minimum reorder is 3 bags.

Payment Options
First time buyers must pay by Visa or Mastercard. Net 30 day terms are given to customers who have
been with us for 12 months or more and an average of $1,000 in merchandise each quarter.

Shipping
Loom generally ships via FedEx Ground in the US and UPS Ground to Canada. There is a drop ship fee
of $20 not including shipping charges. If you need an order expedited, please give us a call.

Backorders
We are occasionally out of stock on special items. Unless otherwise requested, we will ship orders as
ready and backorder any items not in stock. We will automatically send your backordered items when
available, with no additional shipping charge to the customer for separate shipments.

Returns and Exchanges
Loom will not accept any return or exchange without a Return Authorization Number issued by Loom.
